Southridge, located in south Palm Springs, is an elite gated community of 19 exclusive luxury estates and rows of condominiums in the hillside above East Palm Canyon Drive. Southridge was developed by actor William Holden but is most famous for being the home of Bob and Delores Hope. The community offers contemporary styled homes with spectacular views. Homes are on fee land (you own the land).
